CARES stands
for COPD, Asthma, Respiratory Education Service. CARES tracks the health of COPD
patients and reports back to the physician, allowing early intervention for
treatment.
To become part of
the CARES program, simply contact Young Medical
and ask to speak to the Respiratory Therapy Department.
